The SFP Annual All-Star weekend is a event that brings together Middle School Athletes from all over the nation to network and compete. We seek out under players who want to play on the big stage and who want to showcase their God given talents to world.

Nomination Rules

• Must be a coach or a trainer to nominate a player.

• Unlimited nominations. The more the better.

• All nominations must be submitted not past the given deadline. Deadline are indicated in the nomination forms.

• Make sure contact information is correct and current.

When do I get my pre-purchase admission bands?

You will receive bands at check in.

What happens if I am unable to attend?

SA will receive a credit to an upcoming event. SA All-Star gear will be shipped to them. $5 flat rate shipping.

What do I wear for training?

We will provide practice jersey that must be turned in after. Players wear their own shorts (dark color) or can purchase.

What is the Red Carpet Sneakerball event?

An event to highlight all of our SA. SA and families will be celebrated as they walk down the red carpet. SA should be dressed in nice attire with their best sneakers.

What do I wear on Saturday?

Black or Dark color Shorts. We will provide practice jerseys that must be turned back in.

Do you offer refunds?

We have a no-refund policy for All-Star Weekend. Because each player’s spot, gear, and court time are reserved and personalized in advance—and facility rentals and staffing are secured based on registrations—we’re unable to issue refunds once you’ve signed up.

However, we understand that plans can change. To give families added flexibility, we offer an optional Registration Insurance Policy for just $30. This coverage allows you to recover your registration fee if unexpected circumstances prevent attendance.

Where can I find the schedule for this weekend?

Once you confirmed your spot, we will send an email updates which will include the schedule. So keep an eye on your email. If you think you are not receiving them, please check your spam folder or send us a message at sfpallstar@sfpathletics.com.

When will I receive my media package?

Media Packages are delivered via google drive link 3-4 weeks after the event.

Can I order a Media Package the day of?

Yes, however, there is an increase in the cost.

Can I order a media package later (after the event weekend)?

Depends, we will check with the media team to make sure there is enough footage that will allow us to create a high quality media package.

When will my SA receive their All-Star gear?

SA will receive their gear at checkout after training. Players will turn in their practice jerseys. Players will receive a special bag to include a game jersey, and shooting shirt.
